The Administrative Assistant will handle administrative tasks, travel arrangements, corporate event planning, and gifting. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage daily office operations
  2. Handle correspondence (emails, calls, mail)
  3. Order and manage office supplies
  4. Book flights, hotels, and transportation
  5. Prepare travel itineraries
  6. Process travel expense reports
  7. Plan and organize events, meetings, and conferences
  8. Coordinate event logistics (venue, catering, transportation)
  9. Manage event budgets
  10. Coordinate corporate gifting programs
  11. Select and deliver appropriate gifts
  12. Maintain a gifting database
  • Required Skills:
  1. Proven administrative experience, preferably in a corporate setting
  2. Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  4. Ability to handle confidential information
  5. Experience in travel coordination and event planning is a plus
  6. High level of professionalism and a positive attitude
