Technical Subject:
In technical subjects, topics include relevant Electrical and civil engineering disciplines.
Electrical Engineering: Network Analysis, Electrical Machines, Control Systems, Power Systems, Analog and Digital Electronics, Power Electronics, Measurement and Instrumentation, etc.
Civil Engineering: Strength of Materials, Building Materials, Theory of Structures, Concrete Structures, Irrigation, Soil Mechanics, etc.
General Subjects:
Quantitative Aptitude: Number System, Simplification, Percentage, Ratio and Proportion, Time and Work, Mensuration, etc.
Reasoning: Analogies, Series Completion, Classification, Logical Sequence of Words, Syllogism, etc.
Marathi Language: Syntax, Semantics, Vocabulary, Synonyms, Antonyms, etc.
Mode: The MAHATRANSCO exam is conducted online.
Question & Mark: It consists of 130 questions for 150 marks.
Time: The duration of the exam is 2 hours.
Sections: Four sections are included in this exam such as Professional Knowledge (50 questions, 110 marks), Reasoning (40 questions, 20 marks), Quantitative Aptitude (20 questions, 10 marks), and Marathi Language (20 questions, 10 marks).

The eligibility criteria for
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technology in the relevant discipline (e.g., Electrical, Civil) from a recognized university is required.
Age Limit: The age limit should be between 18 and 38 years, with age relaxations applicable for reserved categories as per government norms.
Nationality: The candidate must be an Indian citizen.
To download the MAHATRANSCO admit card, here are the following steps.
1. Go to the official MAHATRANSCO website.
2. Navigate to the ‘Careers’ section.
3. You will get the MAHATRANSCO AE exam admit card link. And click on it.
4. Enter your registration number and password/date of birth.
5. Now, you can download and print your admit card.
